RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a priority for ONYTCG.

For this reason, we handle returns, refunds, and after-sales support with transparency, fairness, and in compliance with applicable laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (European Economic Area Customers)

Under applicable European legislation, consumers residing within the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the last item.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication to:

A written communication sent within the withdrawal period is sufficient.

4. Returning Products

After notifying the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification.

Returned products must be:

  • complete and undamaged;

  • include all accessories, where applicable;

  • properly packaged;

  • not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics;

  • accompanied, where possible, by the order reference.

5. Sealed Products

Booster Boxes, Displays, Starter Decks, Bundles, and other sealed products must be returned unopened, intact, and in their original sealed condition unless affected by a conformity defect.

6. Single Cards and Collectible Products

Single cards must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

The following characteristics do not constitute defects when consistent with industry standards:

  • minor manufacturing tolerances;

  • small surface marks;

  • centering imperfections;

  • slight factory warping;

  • minor cutting or finishing variations.

Subjective grading evaluations do not constitute valid grounds for a return.

7. Products Excluded from Returns

The following products are not eligible for return, except where required by law:

  • customized or made-to-order products;

  • opened sealed products where excluded by applicable law;

  • products damaged by the customer;

  • incomplete products;

  • products used beyond normal inspection.

Consumer rights relating to conformity defects remain unaffected.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • the error is attributable to the seller;

  • the wrong product was supplied;

  • the product is defective or non-conforming;

  • otherwise agreed in writing.

The use of a tracked shipping service is strongly recommended.

ONYTCG is not responsible for returns lost in transit when shipped without tracking.

10. Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

As an alternative to a refund through the original payment method, the customer may voluntarily choose to receive Store Credit equal to the value of the refund due.

Store Credit may be used for future purchases on onytcg.it and onytcg.com.

Acceptance of Store Credit is entirely optional and does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of issuance, Store Credit does not have a predefined expiration date.

In the event of order or pre-order cancellations due to product unavailability, insufficient distributor allocations, or other circumstances beyond ONYTCG's control, the customer may choose between:

  • a refund via the original payment method;

  • Store Credit of equal value.

10.1 Digital Gift Cards

Gift Cards are digital products delivered exclusively by email and do not involve the shipment of any physical item.

Gift Cards may be used to purchase both in-stock products and Pre-Orders available on the website.

Gift Cards may be used across one or more orders until the available balance has been fully exhausted.

Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards do not expire.

Any remaining balance will remain available for future purchases.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

11. Refund Amount

Refunds will include:

  • the price of the returned product;

  • the original standard shipping cost where required by applicable law.

Additional costs resulting from premium shipping, express shipping, or optional services selected by the customer will not be refunded.

12. Right to Withhold Refund

The seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

13. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under applicable Italian and European legislation.

In the event of a conformity defect reported within the applicable legal timeframe, the customer may be entitled, where applicable, to:

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • price reduction;

  • refund;

in accordance with applicable law.
