RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (for Customers in the European Economic Area)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement sent to:

Customers may use a withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return Conditions

Products Eligible for Return

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition

  • Sealed products (booster boxes, displays, starter decks) must remain sealed

  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition in which they were received

  • Products opened or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return, except in cases of lack of conformity

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days from the date we are informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Amount

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs.

However, additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.

Note

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Product Conformity

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771, we guarantee that all products sold are in conformity with the sales contract.

If a lack of conformity appears within 2 years from delivery, the customer is entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the defective product

  • Price reduction or contract termination (refund) if repair or replacement is not possible

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection

  • Custom-made or personalized products
