Premises
For “contract” we mean the set of rules reported here and which are considered accepted by the Customer at the time of purchase.
For “customer” we mean the purchaser of the Products who has the status of a consumer, meaning both natural persons and legal entities who make the purchase and act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity that may be carried out.
For “site” we mean the set of web pages related to the domain www.onytcg.it and publicly accessible to the customer.
Terms and Conditions
The contract is governed by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree No. 70 of 09/04/2003, relating to distance selling.
At the time of order fulfillment, OnyTCG reserves the right to modify the quantity of goods shipped based on actual availability.
In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly unreasonable price is displayed for any reason (software bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), OnyTCG reserves the right to cancel the order, even if it has been initially confirmed.
Product release dates are to be considered indicative and may change for reasons not dependent on OnyTCG.
OnyTCG reserves the right to change prices, which will always be visible on the website.
The user remains solely responsible for the ordered goods and must always ensure that the purchase prices are correct.

The sales contract is considered concluded when OnyTCG displays an order confirmation screen to the customer and/or sends an order confirmation email.
The order confirmation includes:

order number
-
price of the purchased goods

shipping costs

delivery address

link to print and store a copy of these terms and conditions
The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the above email and to promptly communicate any corrections or modifications to OnyTCG.
The website provides a minimum order amount: carts that do not reach the required minimum cannot be processed and converted into an order.
It is not possible to add more than 50 products to a single order.
Payment Methods
OnyTCG.it uses industry-standard encryption to keep payment information secure, allowing customers to make online purchases safely.
Customers can choose between cash on delivery or advance payment.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available with an additional fee applied to shipping costs.
This method allows the customer to pay for the goods upon delivery instead of paying in advance.
Payment is accepted in cash only (checks are not accepted).
The service cost is borne by the recipient (fixed surcharge as indicated during checkout).
Cash on delivery is available only for orders that do not contain pre-order products.
OnyTCG reserves the right to further limit access to cash on delivery at its sole discretion.
Advance Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:

For advance payments, once payment confirmation is received (for example by sending a receipt via email or another digital system), the ordered goods will be shipped.
Invoicing
It is possible to request an invoice for the order by specifying it in writing in the comment section during order confirmation.
Invoices are issued only for orders paid in advance.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 54, paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code.
OnyTCG will accept returns only for goods in good condition and in their original sealed packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice or receipt.
The goods must be returned to the same address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
If the return complies with the above conditions, OnyTCG will refund the price of the returned goods within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return, provided that the withdrawal form has been submitted beforehand.
Packages sent cash on delivery or with shipping costs charged to OnyTCG will not be accepted.
Non-Conforming Goods
In the case of defective goods or goods not compliant with what was declared on the website, the customer has two months to report the defect to OnyTCG.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Warranty
The legal warranty for purchased goods is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.
Alternative Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
For disputes arising from the execution of this contract, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction belongs to the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the Italian State.
Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, users are informed that in the event of a dispute they may file a complaint through the European Union ODR platform, available at:
http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
The ODR platform is an access point for users who wish to resolve disputes arising from online sales or service contracts out of court.

According to Article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer may use the Joint Conciliation Procedure.
This procedure can be started if the consumer, after submitting a complaint to the company, does not receive a response within 45 days or receives a response considered unsatisfactory.
